The high-temperature resistant matte release film has thickness of 30um, 35um, and 50um, processed with PET modified film with a high-temperature resistant additive, make the product have good high-temperature resistance performance. High temperature resistant matte release film without residue on the surface after pressing, designed and manufactured for flexible and rigid circuit board production scenarios.

Lamination Pads
In the past, many layers of paper were used as a cushion for the lamination process. Modern Press Pads consist of multiple heat-resistant layers with different features. As in consequence, we develop different lamination pads for different purposes.

After launching cushioning pads for the CCL industry, our company has also developed 2nd Generation cushioning pads for the PCB and IC carrier board industries. It crafted from high elasticity fibers and high elasticity polymer composites. This new product improved buffering performance compared to 1st Generation.
